Hardware Warranty:Yealink MS Video products include a default 2-year hardware warranty.
Customers can enjoy an equivalent hardware warranty service period when PrimeCare Service is active, but the total hardware warranty period cannot exceed 5 years.
PrimeCare Applicability:
PrimeCare for MVC SKU is only applicable to MVC bundles with MCore Pro PC (C3 C4 C5 Kits).
PrimeCare for BYOD Room is applicable to meeting rooms equipped with UVC34 UVC40 S40 UVC84 UVC86 AV-Hub.
Coverage:
PrimeCare only covers products and accessories with a serial number.
Consumables such as cables, batteries, or mounting kits are not included in PrimeCares scope of service.
