How to file a return?
Visit the Resolution Centre and select "Return/Exchange Request" from the issue dropdown. Upload your receipt and photos if applicable. We’ll respond within 24 hours.
What if the item is damaged?
If your item is damaged, select “Product Damage” and upload clear images of the issue. We’ll verify and send you a replacement or refund based on our policy.
Need help with tracking?
Go to the Track Order page and enter your order number to get real-time delivery updates.
Is my product under warranty?
Warranty information can be found on the product page. For claims, select “Warranty and Support Info” in the form above and attach proof of purchase.
